
Internship Duration & Program Codes
- 16-Week Training (1 April – 17 July 2026): For students in programs BA272, BA270, and BA262 (MGT667).
- 24-Week Training (2 March – 14 August 2026): For students in programs BA276 and BA273 (MGT666 & HRM666).
Critical Deadlines & Academic Requirements
- Course Registration: Students must register for courses online between 24 March and 26 April 2026.
- Registration Validation: The validation period for registered courses is 27 April to 3 May 2026; students must save their validation slips.
- Mandatory Briefing: Attendance is compulsory for the Final Industrial Training Briefing (online) on 3 April 2026.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Industrial Training Kit: Softcopy documents were distributed via Google Drive on 2 February 2026.
- Faculty Supervision: Students will receive their assigned Faculty Supervisor (Advisee list) starting 23 March 2026.
- Internship Report: Students are responsible for writing their reports and attending virtual meetings with faculty supervisors throughout their training period.
- Final Project & Documentation: Final Year Project presentations and the collection of completed "Form A" from the host company must occur between 6 July and 19 July 2026.
- Submission: Students must physically submit their Industrial Training documents between 6 July and 19 July 2026.
Monitoring Schedule
- Initial Monitoring: Conducted via phone or online platforms by the Faculty Supervisor from 27 April to 1 May 2026.
- Final Monitoring: Conducted by the Faculty Supervisor between 29 June and 5 July 2026.
